I got the Suite plan during their Q4 Golden Quarter sale. The Product Tracker and Keyword Scout tools were really helpful for my initial research, providing solid data. Delivery was instant, which is expected for software. I had a small question about the Listing Builder features and tried contacting support, but it took almost 2 days to get a response. Not a huge deal, but a quicker turnaround would be nice for urgent questions. Overall, it's a valuable platform for sellers.
